  Best of the Best in my book!!!! I called Craftsman Direct primarily because of the experience shared on my HOA bulletin board. They did a bath remodel for one of my neighbors and I thought what the heck, quotes are free... Lee arrived on time and well dressed. Took his time listening to me share my thoughts, pictures we downloaded as well as take measurements and video of our project. There were some aspects of our plan that just would not work according to other contractors we interviewed. Lee was more willing to make adjustments to our plans and put everything we wanted into the final picture. Within a few days he came back to our home with tile samples, pictures and blueprints of our proposed dream bathroom. His quote was actually a little less that the other general contractors and they included all the perks that we were told just could not happen due to something or another.... Thinks like our heated floor he was able to get into the specs. Work was done flawlessly and their Craftsmen were brilliant. I especially loved working with the Master Tile Craftsman Rick. He was able to install our tile without any noticeable grout line. Even the corners. Thank you Craftsman Direct!!!! We are the envy of the neighborhood!!!
