  Nice enough store and personnel. We have used the mattress we bought there for most of one year now and find it has become very uncomfortable to the point that we went back to our previous Serta much older mattress and it is so much better. The OMF model was a "firm, orthopedic" model with pillow-top on both sides. We rotated and flipped the very heavy mattress as recommended but this has not prevented it becoming depressed where we sleep (queen size, and my wife and I are both under 150 lbs) and the edge has no support so it dips a lot when getting in and out. The whole mattress moves when one of us gets in or out of bed. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
