  The staff in this store, particular John, provide great customer service. There are excellent paint options, in particular they can match any paint color on the market. The paint matching service is extremely accurate. We brought in a piece of painted molding that is 12 years old, and they matched it nearly perfectly with their computer system. SW also has great sales which make up for the high prices of their paints.

  I absolutely cannot fault the quality of service. I walked in close to closing, with a dozen difficult questions, and was treated as if there were all the time in the world. However, this is not the same breadth of selection that you would find in a larger store. I needed a fine brush for detail work. Not there. I needed outdoor-quality bronze paint in a can. Not there. I won't belabor this, but in the end, despite great service, I had to go elsewhere. My advice is to call ahead if possible. I don't know if you can order online for in-store pickup, but that would be mighty helpful as well.
