  Convenient to my home and parking is good--BUT prices for many items are not competitive. I had a $10 off $30 purchase coupon for school supplies. There were many exclusions listed, but not "desk protector." I phoned to ask if this was an exclusion since is not a customary school supply. I listened to music for over 10 minutes waiting for my call to be answered (not enough employees). The employee who answered told me to come into the store, and I would find out if the coupon would apply when it was rung up. :-( I asked for a manager and was told that "desk protector" is not a school supply. Walmart has what I want (not the same brand) for a bit less than what I would have paid at Staples if the coupon had been accepted.
