  Today, I had a really unfortunate experience with the battery of my iPhone 6s, but this store made dealing with it so much easier than I was expecting! The first time I went, an employee whose name I did not catch was able to help me and send me home with instructions on backing up my phone and calling in a warranty claim on my iPhone. My phone had other ideas and wouldn't stay alive long enough for me to back it up, so I had to come back to the store to file the warranty claim with their help. The second time, I was helped by Blaine F., and he was seriously so wonderful and patient! He helped me through the process of filing a claim, then answered questions that I had about upgrading, then helped me cancel the warranty claim and upgrade to a new phone. That HAD to have been annoying, but he never showed it. All the while, he was super nice and held a good conversation. This is my first time visiting this particular Verizon store, and it was the best experience I've ever had at one. Blaine and all the employees were so nice and helpful!!!
