I explained that I had, but that would be my first time trying the particular pastry that I selected that night. He offered to allow me a tasting! So, I got a half of a free pastry (he tasted the other half)! It was a delightful experience...I went with the vegan carrot cake. He's wonderful. Although the pastries are THE BOMB...I'd go back especially for his service.
