  I had great service my first visit. I was set on having custom rings at this place and asked to see stone options. Come day of appointment 2 weeks later, the staff had didn't have our meeting in the books. Instead of a smooth meeting, I received the most condescending attitude from one of the staff jewelers. I walked out angry and offended. I've chosen a different store and haven't looked back.
